Shipping policy

All items listed in the store are in stock (excluding pre-orders) and will be processed and shipped within 1 - 3 days.

Unfortunately, I have no control over delivery delays at the post office and cannot guarantee an exact delivery date.

DOMESTIC (Canadian) customers have their choice of:

• Letter Mail (no tracking):
• This option is a more economical option, but does not include tracking. These parcels may take 1 - 3 weeks to arrive. By selecting Letter Mail, you accept the risk of the parcel being delayed, or (very rare) lost in transit.
• Tracked Parcel: 
• Please refer to your tracking number for delivery updates and time frames.
  

EVERYWHERE ELSE will automatically receive tracked shipping. This is to minimize the stress and worry that goes along with anticipating international mail. Please refer to your tracking number for all updates on your item(s).
