Q. Are you taking precautions related to COVID-19 to protect your customers?

  • Yes! I absolutely am! I am triple vaxxed and I wear a mask during the assembly and creation of my products!

Q. Are you accepting custom orders?

  • I am currently not accepting custom orders at this time!

Q. Can I get a refund for my pre-order once the pre-order has closed?

  • As pre-order slots are limited I cannot provide a refund once the pre-order window has closed. Time and material will have already been spent on making your order.

Q. I selected letter mail / small package and have yet to receive my item, can I get a refund?

  • I offer letter mail and small package as a low cost alternative to the expensive parcel shipping options provided by Canada Post. With the low cost, comes a small amount of risk with the lack of tracking, however, lost mail is a very unlikely occurrence. I will not be able to provide a refund until you receive & return your items, please be patient, your package is on the way!
